Cardiac MRI: A Senior Research Experience

I had  a cardiac MRI for my senior research. First, I had an cadiac MRI in rest. Second, I had an MRI in pedaling an ergometer 50-60 cycle in a minute. In the MRI, it was little space and so I had hard time pedaling.  I had to pedal with adjusting to music because it made it easier for me to pedal in setted pace. Eventually, I was pedaling for 25 minutes, I I sweated a lot. The exam was finished without a big problem.

I underwent a cardiac MRI for my senior research project. Initially, I had a resting cardiac MRI. Then, I underwent another MRI while pedaling an ergometer at a rate of 50-60 cycles per minute. The confined space within the MRI machine made it challenging to pedal comfortably. To cope, I synchronized my pedaling with music, which helped me maintain the prescribed pace. Despite the difficulties, I managed to pedal continuously for 25 minutes, resulting in considerable perspiration. Thankfully, the examination concluded without any major issues
