Painful Reminder: The Impact of Neglecting Body Care

The most terribile thing happend yesterday. I ran 15km yesterday, and my left leg got injured. While I was runnging, I felt stragne at my left knee a little.  Keep Running didn't worse the condition, and so I kept running. However, my left knee was getting hurt gardually after running. I had experienced this pain. TThis injury made me giving up runnning ten years ago. I was very sad. This injury is "Iliotibial band friction syndrome". I thought I took care of my body. My efforts weren't enough. I searched the way of stretching my knee, and I streched my knee a lot.

The most terrible thing happened yesterday. I ran 15km and injured my left leg in the process. While running, I felt a strange sensation in my left knee. Despite this discomfort, I continued running, thinking it wouldn't worsen the condition. However, my left knee gradually started hurting more after running. This pain brought back memories of an injury that caused me to give up running ten years ago. I felt very sad.

The injury I experienced is called "Iliotibial Band Friction Syndrome." I thought I was taking good care of my body, but apparently my efforts weren't enough. Determined to find a solution, I searched for ways to stretch my knee and did a lot of stretching.
